Can I return or change a product?
Absolutely! We understand that sizes can vary, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your ILLUCI product. If your product does not fit as you wish, you have up to 30 days from receipt to return or exchange it. Visit our returns and exchanges page for more detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Whats the shipment time and how much it cost?
The delivery time and shipping cost may vary depending on your location and the products you order. Normally, delivery takes 2-3 days (within Sweden) otherwise 3-5 days after your order has been processed. The shipping cost also depends on your delivery address and the chosen delivery method.
Do not forget that free shipping applies at 999:- sek(100 €).
